ℹ️ After you add the website, the first catalog is usually ready within a few minutes. You'll get a link to the catalog file to give to Meta.

For Dutchie add each location's dispensaryId; for Joint Commerce add its store code — required to scrape multi-location stores.

How do I find these IDs?

Dutchie (dispensaryId): open the store's Dutchie menu → press F12 → Network tab → type graphql in the filter → click a request → in Payload find dispensaryId (a long hex string). One per location.
Joint Commerce (store code): open a menu/category page → F12 → Network → find the request ending in ?_data=… → in its Response the store value is the code (or use the store switcher on the site).

Scroll sideways (top or bottom bar) to reach every field. A highlighted field is overridden — clear it and press Enter to fall back to the scraped value on the next refresh.

Manual media feed

Hand-build products and drop in your own images & video. Files are slotted by the letter at the end of the filename.

🏷️ End each filename with a letter before the extension: a = square (1:1), b = 9:16 (mobile), c = mobile, v = video. e.g. tee-a.jpg, tee-v.mp4. They auto-drop into the right slot.
